Delivery to Chun Shui Tang

Our long-term client, Chun Shui Tang, a teahouse chain originating from Taichung and widely recognized as the originator of bubble tea, entrusted us with a small turnkey project. The goal of this project was to automate the filling of PET bottles with "Sucrose Syrup," a high-demand ingredient in beverage production. This project consists three important parts 1. Filling machine (along with capping feature)2. Conveyor system 3. Cap feeding equipment.

As such a prominent tea house chain, Chun Shui Tang takes the production of their beverage ingredients very seriously. Food safety is paramount and cannot be compromised under any circumstances. Any mishap could affect product quality, ultimately risking the loss of customer trust.
