Description

The Taiwan Ryu Smart Can Filler is currently the most advanced canning solution in Taiwan. It perfectly balances optimal hygiene with enhanced flexibility, sustainability, and high performance, delivering superior product quality and the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).


The Smart Can Filler can process carbonated soft drinks (CSD), juices, teas, and sports drinks, with changeovers between different can molds taking less than 30 minutes. Its professional design allows a single machine to handle both carbonated beverages and hot-filling for juices and teas. To ensure the highest hygiene standards, the Small-Chamber Electronic Filling Valve (SCEFV) design enables more thorough cleaning of all beverage-contact parts while reducing maintenance costs. The system can be fully integrated into the production line's Clean-in-Place (CIP) cycle.

  • Chilled Water & Electricity Savings: By filling carbonated drinks at 15°C (rather than the traditional 2°C~4°C), cooling energy consumption is reduced by up to 35%, lowering both carbon taxes and daily electricity costs.

  • Steam & Fuel Savings: Filling at 15°C achieves up to 15% steam savings for tunnel pasteurizers, reducing fuel consumption.

  • Reduced Capital Investment: Operating at higher filling temperatures significantly lowers the initial investment required for chillers and tunnel pasteurizers.
